The current opportunity would work out of our Greenfield, OH location.
The Opportunity:
This position is for B Shift Production Material Handler depending on experience. The hours are Friday - Sunday 5:00AM - 5:00PM. Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours. This is an hourly position that do not involve direct management of people. In this role, you will report to the production supervisor. Your focus will be to move all product in production process within established procedures and quality assurance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
- Follow standardized work instructions
- Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
- Maintain work in accordance with schedules
- Understand all material handler duties
- Understand and follow order summary and daily paperwork
- Properly stage loads and store product in proper locations
- Properly stack and load containers
- Generate paperwork when needed
- Train others as required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
- Forklift license / Certification preferred
- High school diploma / GED preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- 1 years of Manufacturing Experience
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- How to FIFO product
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Inventory Control
- Dependable and hard working
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Prior production material handling experience preferred
- Ability to work OT as needed
