Corvallis Custom is expanding—and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to fuel our next phase of growth. We create custom apparel and print solutions for schools, local organizations, university groups, and more. What You'll Do:
- Drive sales across all verticals: Greek life, school groups, local organizations, Oregon State merch, and athlete brands.
- Source, qualify, and convert leads—through outbound outreach, inbound response, and local presence.
- Manage the full sales pipeline using our CRM and weekly reporting system.
- Generate quotes, overcome objections, and close deals that build repeat business.
- Meet weekly KPIs tied to quotes generated, opportunities advanced, and revenue closed.
- Collaborate with production and design to ensure every customer gets exactly what they want.
- Leverage sales training, playbooks, and ongoing coaching to improve over time.
- Provide feedback and insight to help refine sales strategies and market approach.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of sales experience or a business/marketing degree.
- You’ve closed deals before—and you’re hungry to keep doing it.
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable using or learning systems like Printavo and CRMs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the custom apparel or printing industry is a plus.
- A genuine passion for local schools, organizations, and the Oregon State Beavers is a big bonus.
The Details:
- Start hourly, with competitive pay while you ramp up.
- After 6 months, shift to a base commission on margin—with unlimited earning potential.
- Work with a supportive, tight-knit team that’s focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- You'll be a key player in our mission to deliver high-quality, custom apparel across the region.
