What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations position at CorVel Brand?
The Customer Service Representative assists and supports the bill review staff with administrative duties such as provider database, vendor management and copy and print projects.
This is a remote role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process mail, perform print jobs
- Process form letters, state forms and reports
- Assist bill review analysts with telephone calls including provider customer calls
- Requires regular and consistent attendance.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”).
- Additional duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office – intermediate Excel user
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Six (6) months of provider and/or clinic experience preferred
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $18.80 - $30.34 per hour
