The Advanced Intracompany Services (AIS) Manager is a critical role responsible for customer experience, retention, and growth for strategic accounts. This role leads a team dedicated to the full scope of products and service that Symbeo provides across CorVel. The AIS Manager effectively and efficiently communicates with key stakeholders – both internally and externally – to orient processes for future success, manages end user expectations, and ensures on-time service delivery. The Advanced Intracompany Services Manager advocates with the Voice of the Customer (VoC) with technical expertise, strong relationship-building, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
This is a hybrid role in our Portland, OR office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Embodies the Voice of the Customer (VoC) by actioning received feedback, but also predicting needs that increase the value of integrated capabilities across CorVel.
- Proactively employs a consultative approach to create opportunities or resolve issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Nurtures strong partner relationships to identify opportunities to increase CorVel service delivery through Symbeo processes. Partnerships includes decision makers and influencers such as Account Managers, Regional VPs, Area VPs, Business Operations Team (BOT), Development Teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Manages direct reports for the successful onboarding of new customers and the ongoing service delivery across our customer portfolio for CorVel and Ceris.
- Build a high-performing team with standardized scalable processes with training curriculums and a winning customer centric culture.
- Drive engagement with SLA management for a wide array of product lines, consistently propelling the team to exceed expectations.
- Advocates with the VoC with internal teams on product development with an eye towards efficient, customer centric outcomes.
- Lead with a data driven approach to manage strategic accounts with objectives and key results (OKRs) to improve a holistic customer experience, improve product adoption and usage, boost automation rates, reduce first time resolution (FTR), and elevate overall perception of value.
- Collaborates with other levels of leadership to build a high-performance culture across Symbeo.

PAY RANGE :
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors : federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range : $50,593 – $81,593
