What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Auto Body Painter position at Corvette America?
Experience:
- One year certification from college or technical school; or 3 years related painter experience in an automotive or manufacturing/industrial setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with R-M automotive paint system.
- Experience with SEM interior paint a plus.
- Painter certification a plus.
- Strong arm, hand, and finger dexterity with demonstrated physical capacity to reach, handle, finger, and feel.
- Attentive to detail, quality focused and willingness to learn and drive processes.
- Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to change.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills to be able to determine and mix paint formulas according to color code.
- Spray test will be administered during interview.
Hourly wage dependent upon experience and qualifications.
