What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Support Specialist position at Corvid Technologies LLC?
Corvid Technologies is looking for a Program Support Specialist to join our team in Huntsville. This position will join our Range Instrumentation & Engineering group providing a variety of programmatic support to program leadership and customer stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail and enjoy pulling together a variety of data to provide timely, accurate reports. This role will often be tasked with researching variances or tracking down anomalies in financial reports, inventory and various other date sets that may not align with expected outcomes or known occurrences.
Typical tasking will include:
- Provide inputs to a variety of monthly reports, including the Contract Funds Status Report, Monthly Status Report, and Funds & Man Hour Expenditure Report
- Work closely with program leadership, operations team and corporate finance to collect, track, and report track data and program status
- Prepare, maintain, and review program documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, to ensure accurate data and formatting
- Track contract and subcontract modifications and update tracking spreadsheets accordingly
- Create and reconcile shipping arrangements and invoices.
- Keep records of deliverables, auditable transactions, and training relating to program operations
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
- Position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, with a preference for Business Administration or related discipline
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
- Candidate must demonstrate familiarity with MS Office tools - preferred candidate will have experience working with Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
