Customer Support Representative – Full-Time

Corwin Ford of Springfield is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy talking to people, and have a passion for great customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Pay: $15/hr performance incentives

Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Scheduling (100% of the role)

• Answer inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer outreach
• Assist customers by assessing their needs and directing them to the correct department
• Schedule and manage service appointments accurately
• Keep customer records updated in our system
• Work closely with the service and sales teams to support customer needs
• Provide an outstanding customer experience on every call

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Call center or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and data entry skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Familiarity with scheduling systems (training provided)
