Responsibilities—Service Advisor:

• Be the face of our service department, providing exceptional customer experiences
• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and listen to their concerns
• Educate customers on recommended maintenance and repair options
• Communicate clearly about service costs, timelines, and updates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service completion
• Review work orders with customers and ensure all concerns are addressed
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications—Service Advisor:

• Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality translates well into this role
• Automotive, RV, Powersport, Tractor, or Marine industry experience is encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is helpful
• CDK experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Professional, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
