Exciting Opportunity : Director of Sales and Business Development
Location : East Coast Based
Cory is hiring a Director of Sales and Business Development with a proven track record of success and strong industry relationships to drive revenue growth in our client's single-family rental (SFR) business unit. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of SFR industry trends, technologies, and the operator / vendor ecosystem.
About Our Client :
A top national data and services firm serves Single-Family Residential (SFR) owners, helping them optimize costs, streamline maintenance, and improve operational efficiency for their clients and partners.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader :
Identify, foster, and secure partnerships / contracts with SFR owner-operators.
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.
Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.
Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, development consulting, operating performance reviews, market analysis, and general support to existing and new clients.
The Skills & Experience You Possess :
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the SFR space
Preferred experience with sales, partnerships, and business development on the vendor / supplier side
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop winning strategies.
Ability to travel as necessary.
