Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement & Supply Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of goods and services critical to our operations. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement in support of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers; obtain quotes and negotiate contracts.
- Create and manage purchase orders in compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with inventory, logistics, finance, and production teams.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving and innovation opportunities.
- Track and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Support quality control and address any issues with vendors.
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies within the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools
Qualifications and desired skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with supplier management and contract terms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
