Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The person in this position is involved in support and maintenance of Corza’s financial and BI systems and analysis of the financial results and budgets with a focus on Sales reporting.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is ($75,000 - $115,000). Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.

Job Purpose Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The person in this position is involved in support and maintenance of Corza’s financial and BI systems and analysis of the financial results and budgets with a focus on Sales reporting.
What You Will Do
- Maintain components of the Sales module within the BI ecosystem (primarily Vena Solutions) enabling analysis of Gross Profit, product segmentation, FX impact and other key performance metrics.
- Assist with month-end close process, including FX verification, reconciliation of results across various systems, and correcting variances.
- Design, develop, and optimize reports, including automated daily and weekly sales reports, and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
- Maintain mappings between ERP systems and Vena to ensure accurate sales assignments and product categorization.
- Support user access management for BI tools.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including updating and preparing input templates for contributors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Sales, IT, Finance) to improve reporting processes.
- Reconcile BI data to ERP systems and other reporting systems (Power BI, SQL databases).
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into the BI system.
- Train and support end-users on BI tools providing guidance on best practices.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, system errors and data load issues, and resolve them in collaboration with IT.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Perform additional assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
- 3 years of experience as an analyst, ideally in a multinational and multi-currency environment.
- Experience with Sales modules in ERP or Financial planning / BI systems.
- Experience with ETL queries and data flows.
- Advanced Excel skills, Power Query is a plus.
- Experience with Vena Solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Medical industry is a plus.
- Preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
