In fact, COSA Swimming is the result of collaboration among a handful of like-minded, local swim coaches who are passionate about working together to provide the best possible swimming instruction across the gamut – from babies to senior citizens and from inexperienced to elite swimmers.
Colorado Springs Area (COSA) Swimming is seeking part-time assistant coaches to work with our Age Group and Senior Programs. COSA Swimming practices in facilities around the greater Colorado Springs area, with most of our swimmers training at sites along the I25 corridor.
We are looking for energetic and knowledgeable coaches to join our staff. All assistants will support the head coaches of the Age Group and Senior programs.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to – write and run daily workouts, attend swim meets as needed, work with head coaches to promote the team’s mission and progression, communicate with parents as needed.
Minimum Requirements: Prior high school or club coaching experience, competitive swimming knowledge base, complete and maintain USA Swimming certifications.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
