Graphic Designer

We are hiring. We are seeking a passionate, efficient, talented individual to join the Graphics Team at Cosabella. Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team. Proactive in problem solving, excellent in time management and communication skills. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for organizing and implementing the creation of digital and print content for both B2C and B2B efforts. This is a Hybrid role. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This role requires local candidates within Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

1.   Develop creative materials for marketing concepts across various platforms, including online marketing, packaging, hangtags, product labels, social media, newsletters, automated email series, home page banners, site banners, and sales materials.

2.   Produce and edit e-commerce imagery, encompassing graphics, photography, and e-commerce videography.

3.   Create creative collateral in alignment with established visual brand standards.

4.   Execute designs based on marketing guidelines and goals, ensuring consistency across all materials.

5.   Develop dynamic ads for digital marketing campaigns.

6.   Track digital content needs for both B2C and B2B, including image flats and lookbooks.

7.   Archive projects according to department standards, ensuring accessibility for team members.

8.   Perform quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

9.   Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies when necessary.

10. Generate creative ideas and concepts for new campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

11. Stay informed about design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brand's visual identity.

12. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

13. Prioritize tasks based on project importance and urgency.

14. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

15.Experience with E-commerce is preferred

Qualifications

·      · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Graphic / Communication Design.

·        Experience is the fashion industry or luxury brand is strongly preferred

·        Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite and illustrator required.

·        Experience working with grid systems

·        Experience with set typography

·        Experience with CAD is preferred

·        Email campaign and image retouching experience.

·        Strong conceptual thinking.

·        Have a firm knowledge of software and new technologies.

·        Be able to handle projects from concept to completion to production for a wide variety of collateral.

·       A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.

·        Great communication skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

·        Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.

·        Basic programming and web development for minor site changes (HTML, CSS, PHP) a plus.

·        Experience with e-commerce solutions, including Shopify a plus.

·        Experience with email marketing platforms a plus.
