Cosabella is hiring and seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with experience in the fashion and or cosmetic industry. The Performance Marketer role will own the customer acquisition efforts across all marketing channels for our D2C website with the sole goal of increasing both volume and quality of customer acquisition within clearly defined cost limits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reasonable accommodations will be made to accomplish the following:
1. Optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels.
2. Conduct A/B testing to optimize media spend across channels and campaigns.
3. Design and execute high-converting multi-touch acquisition strategies based on data analytics and incremental testing
4. Identify cost effective opportunities to scale channels and campaigns as necessary
5. Collaborate with Ecommerce Director to determine growth priorities, and set both channel and holistic goals
6. Stay on top of trends to identify new opportunities for lowering acquisition costs and increasing efficiency
7. Follow promotional and seasonal fashion calendar to plan future campaigns and identify creative requirements
8. Update all ad platforms will both seasonal and evergreen copy and creative
9. Regularly monitor all platforms for problems, including policy violations, and take remedial actions
10. Continuously test and improve creative across platforms; remain within branding guidelines while improving the cost of acquisition
11. Collaborate with graphic design and marketing to source new creatives across all platforms and media types for new campaigns and for improving acquisition metrics
12. Identify, initiate, and collaborate on site changes to optimize acquisition efforts
13. Track and report on all applicable metrics including CPA, CAC, LTV, CPM, MER, aMER
14. Collaborate with Email Marketing Manager to improve lead conversion
15. Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION/DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in field.
· 5 years in digital marketing with proven experience in the fashion/cosmetic industry
· Exceptional analytical skills
· Digital Channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Programmatic, CTV, Organic, and Affiliate
· Direct mail
· Experience running multi-million dollar budgets
· Experience with full funnel advertising campaigns run across multiple platforms with multi-touch expectations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Works effectively in a cross-functional setting
· Strong multi-tasker and reacts quickly to business changes
· Strong communication skills (written and oral)
· Highly detail oriented, organized and flexible.
· Proven ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment, while working independently and collaboratively.
