- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Our new Baytown, TX facility is 259,000 SF.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures for inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.What We re Looking For :
- Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
