ECD Coordinator

COSCO SHIPPING Lines (North America) is seeking a motivated ECD Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations nationwide. This role involves working closely with container yards (CY) and rail systems to expedite inventory movement, monitor supply levels, and support analytics reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive training in daily supply chain operations across North America.
• Work with assigned CY and Rail to expedite FIFO processes and manage overdue inventory.
• Approve, monitor, and update N2C3 MRO systems.
• Monitor daily inventory to ensure alignment with supply and demand.
• Coordinate with rail partners on allocations and reservations; follow up on billed overdue items.
• Respond to inquiries via Central Area Fresh Desk, email, and phone.
• Generate and automate ECD reports using Power BI, including:
• Daily Index
• Overdue items
• Missing Events
• Reconsolidation of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations

Additional Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High level of efficiency, willingness to learn, and self-motivation.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in:
• Power BI
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
