We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our NJ Operations team. This role is based in Secaucus, NJ, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization with a rich history of excellence in global logistics.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with global clients and partners regarding international shipments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with business service providers, customers, and overseas offices to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions.
- Assist with basic NVOCC shipment documentation and related administrative tasks.
- Process bookings, input shipment data, coordinate last-mile deliveries, and manage accounts receivable.
- Track and trace shipments proactively, ensuring successful completion and timely updates.
- Generate reports tailored to customer-specific needs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language: Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to minimize errors and costs.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural workplace and work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and service providers.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and develop an understanding of shipment management and NVOCC processes (training provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
