City Center Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled City Center Specialist to join our team at Cosentino, a world-leading producer of architectural and decorative surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The City Center Specialist will be responsible for:
- Welcome and engage every customer, providing exceptional customer experience and developing long-term relationships.
- Assist walk-ins and customers with appointments, offering support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Develop and build relationships with design firms, managing the relationship through face-to-face visits and generating sales.
- Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock, and highlighting potential issues.
- Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and generate leads.
- Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
Organization and Administration
The City Center Specialist will also be responsible for:
- Filtration of City Center leads via phone call and forwarding only those with potential.
- Organizing and planning events, coordinating content, and ensuring qualified attendees.
- Execution of events, including invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, and mailing.
- Daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce.
- Maintenance of the showroom, including cleanliness, ordering supplies, and placing marketing materials.
- Management of administrative tasks required for suppliers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the City Center Specialist should possess:
- 5 years of experience in sales.
- 3 years of experience in a retail showroom environment, providing excellent customer service and generating leads.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the interior design industry.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
