Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: Full time
Pay: $20-25/hr
Job Description: The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the daily flow of materials, which includes accurate shipping, receiving and inventory control. This individual is also responsible for preserving a clean and safe environment, and maintaining/repairing warehouse equipment and fleet vehicles.
Job duties as follows:
- Verification of incoming and outgoing materials. Shipping and receiving support.
- Overseeing maintenance and small repairs for fleet vehicles and warehouse equipment.
- Lifting heavy items up to 40Ibs.
- Inventory control and order selection.
- Assisting technicians with loading material.
- Managing warehouse cleanliness and waste disposal, with a focus on safety
- Building and maintain relationships with field technicians, ensuring needs of warehouse staff are met
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- Experience with inventory tracking system’s as well as procedures for handling all inbound and outbound stock.
- Experience with auditing processes that include all operational aspects with specific focus on process compliance, assets protection, security, quality control and labor utilization.
- Experience in establishing relationships with various levels of an organization.
- Warehouse experience, preferably in high volume environment.
