Robot and Joining Technology Manager Programmer needed in Greer, SC

Lead and manage robotics and technology work teams, ensuring effective control and administration throughout projects. Verify that robot and technology programming adhere to client standards, ensuring robot safety, application functionality, and preventing collisions between robots and equipment. Implement and verify technology programming according to client standards, conducting thorough tests to ensure process quality, achieving cell cycle time targets, and delivering comprehensive documentation and backup programs at the final level. Ensure welding programming meets client standards through destructive tests to confirm welding quality and compliance with requirements and specifications.
Configure, commission and program robots according to customer standards.
Verify mechanical assembly of robots, EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), and energy packages.
Calibrate and measure axes.
Configure networks (peripherals and PLC).
Verify or program TCP (Tool Center Point), bases and load data.
Commission joining technologies.
Create robot trajectories and program logic.
Program sequences in robots.
Validate security and safety areas between line operators, robots, and PLCs.
Prepare robot programming documentation.
Support mechanical assembly in the installation of EOAT.
Assist the planning area in defining concepts.
Support hardware and software design areas.
Assist in electrical assembly during installation.
Prepare offline robot programs (OLP).
Support project coordination (participation in kickoff, RFQ elaboration, BANF, supplier control, project personnel planning).
Commission welding application equipment, seal, rivet, clinch, etc.
Configure and program technology controllers according to customer standards.
Validate process quality according to customer specifications.
