Summary:
The Cosm Enterprise Systems and Employee Technology (ESET) team is responsible for making sure that Cosm’s employee have the tools they need to get their work done quickly and efficiently: Computers, SaaS services, and software. The Sr. Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Cosm’s onboarding/offboarding processes and streamlining deployments and device management across the organization, owning zero-touch provisioning and deployments across the organization, and maintaining Cosm’s ever-growing Okta deployment. This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Systems and Employee Technology (ESET).
Responsibilities:
Oversight of provisioning and maintenance of Cosm’s employee hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc)
Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Perfecting and maintaining zero-touch provisioning and deployment across the organization
Working with Service & Support to manage inventory of employee hardware across all locations
Maintenance & upkeep of Cosm’s Okta instance
Participation in company helpdesk (Tier 2)
Create and update detailed documentation for all processes
Maintenance and upkeep of Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF
Keeping Cosm’s software libraries current
Frequent account & access audits
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years working in corporate IT
Okta Certified Administrator (lv 3)
JAMF 200 certification
Minimum of 2 years working with MS Intune
Experience with software deployment services (JAMF and Intune Preferred)
Pervious experience supporting and maintaining zero-touch provisioning in an organization
Experience with Active Directory
Minimum 3 years of experience setting up & managing SAML/SSO, 2FA, and SCIM Provisioning (Preferably with OKTA)
Familiarity with modern IT Service Management platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
Expert knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems
An Understanding of core IT principals: SMB, NFS, DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP, etc.
Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with co-workers.
Self-starter, energetic, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Detailed, methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Team player who is also comfortable working independently to maximize team/department performance.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with an IGA solution (Okta, Sailpoint, etc)
Experience utilizing APIs
Experience with retail/POS systems will be a standout
