Job Responsibilities: Responsabilidades clave Contar con un programa de recibos nivelado, que permita el correcto flujo y administración de los recursos en base a un análisis previo. Implementación de almacén con un flujo e inventario óptimo y manteniendo PEPS. Desarrollar rutas de surtido en base a análisis de flujo, en base al sistema Kanban Contar con un programa de embarques nivelado, que permita el correcto flujo y administración de los recursos en base a un análisis previo. Análisis y desarrollo de facilidades requeridas para un flujo óptimo en almacenes y surtido a línea. Elaboración de cálculo y cadencia de equipo móvil, en base a los requerimientos operativos de cada área. Contar con una estructura departamental que permita a la operación desempeñase de manera satisfactoria. Elaboración de normas de empaque para proveedores internos y externos, en base a los requerimientos operativos. Simulaciones y validaciones de empaque en conjunto con áreas involucradas. Análisis de riesgos previos y posteriores a la planeación de las operaciones. Análisis de interacción de equipos móviles y peatones en las áreas operativas. Calificaciones/requerimientos clave Experiencia: 3 años en puesto similar en la industria automotriz y en el área de logística. Escolaridad: Ingeniería. Inglés: 70% hablado, escrito, técnico. Autocad. y programas de simulación. Diseño de empaque. Conocimientos de flujo de material. Pull system. PEPS., KanBan, PFEP,y SAP Sistemas de almacenaje.
