Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Join Our Boutique Cosmetic Dental Practice!
Cosmetic Dentistry of the Carolinas is a high-end cosmetic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic dentistry in a boutique, patient-centered environment. We are seeking a polished, friendly, and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide an outstanding, personalized experience.
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update patient records, insurance details, and financial transactions accurately.
- Process payments, assist with financial arrangements, and submit insurance claims as a courtesy.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document organization.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and professional.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental front desk role is required.
- Dentrix experience is a must.
- Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a boutique, high-end environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing patient records and financial transactions.
- Must be a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in dental administration is a plus.
