Overview
CosPro Marketing, a trusted and well-established business-to-business service provider, is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and driven professional to oversee essential human resources, financial (both AP and AR), and administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing to submit to and pass a background check, credit check, and drug test.
- Applicants MUST have advanced Excel skills - these are essential job requirements: Conditional formatting, Vlookup, Sumif plus all basic knowledge of forumlas.
- Applicants MUST use Quick Books (online).
- A Degree in Accounting would be a big plus
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and send invoices, reminders, and past-due notices.
- Process client credit applications and update records with credit terms.
Accounts Payable
- Obtain approval for all charges to submit for payment.
- Obtain all needed receipts in order to reconcile credit cards across several departments.
- Calculate and pay commissions.
- File Florida Sales Tax.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records in compliance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain organized files for all financial documents, including invoices and payment receipts.
- Assist with month/year-end closing procedures and prepare necessary reports.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support corporate accounting functions as needed.
Bookkeeping
- Solely responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s financial filing system.
- Handle all QuickBooks Online transaction entries.
- Record proper job splits.
- Prepare quarterly and annual profit and loss reports.
- Coordinate with accountant for end of year tax filing.
- Prepare and distribute W2s and 1099s.
Human Resources
- Manage new hire processes, terminations, payroll administration, and direct deposits.
- Administer benefits and maintain up-to-date employee files for approx. 15 employees.
- Ensure compliance with the company handbook and HR best practices.

- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
