Line Lead – Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Line Lead to oversee their production line on our manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate has an eagle eye for quality, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues on the line, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a production line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor product quality closely, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Train and support team members on proper procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality assurance teams, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and any corrective actions taken.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in overseeing Production line.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality control.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
