Operations Success Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Operations Success Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online retail platform, ensuring all processes, systems and teams work together efficiently to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee front-office and warehouse operations, including FBA production, shipping, and inventory management.
• Manage production teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor inventory across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accurate stock levels and seamless replenishment, while minimizing overstock.
• Oversee product quality controls, inspecting items for compliance and addressing any defects or concerns.
• Streamline shipping processes to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the lead for improving overall customer experience, addressing customer pain points related to delivery times, order accuracy, and returns processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

• Experience in operations or warehouse management, preferably with Amazon FBA.
• Strong Organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media and e-commerce tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
