Beebe Healthcare is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to manage and enhance Epic applications, including Ambulatory, Orders Transmittal, Radiant, Lumens, Optime/Anesthesia, Willow Ambulatory, Resolute HB, ASAP, and Cadence/Prelude. Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Epic applications to meet hospital requirements.
- Analyze system performance and align application functionality with departmental workflows.
- Provide technical support and resolve system issues for end users.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architecture, security, and enhancements.
- Lead system build and development tasks, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
- Assist in vendor selection processes and provide input on system requirements.
- Participate in system testing, training, and go-live events to ensure smooth deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT analyst, with healthcare experience highly desired.
- Active Epic certification in one or more modules: Ambulatory, Orders Transmittal, Radiant, Lumens, Optime/Anesthesia, Willow Ambulatory, Resolute HB, Cadence/Prelude, and ASAP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams and departments.
