Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce AI Architect (or a Senior Salesforce Developer with AI/Gen AI implementation experience) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of recent hands-on experience working with Salesforce-based AI/Gen AI technologies, with a focus on the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience in implementing enterprise-level AI solutions within the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain is preferred.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful integration and implementation of cutting-edge AI and Gen AI technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem, enabling our clients to enhance their operations, improve decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce AI/Gen AI Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions using Salesforce technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
- AI Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement AI/Gen AI strategies tailored to the unique needs of Life Sciences clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Customization and Optimization: Customize Salesforce applications to integrate AI models and optimize business processes, leveraging Salesforce Einstein, AI-powered automation tools, and other Gen AI solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to drive end-to-end AI solutions in Salesforce.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/Gen AI and Salesforce technologies, providing thought leadership and recommending innovative solutions to improve client outcomes.
- Client Engagement & Support: Provide guidance and support to clients in understanding the potential of AI/Gen AI in Salesforce, and assist with troubleshooting, optimization, and scaling of AI solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Salesforce Expertise: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on AI/Gen AI solutions. Experience with Salesforce Einstein, LLMs (Large Language Models), and related AI technologies is highly preferred.
- Life Sciences Experience: Previous experience working in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and business processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration tools. Strong knowledge of AI/Gen AI concepts, frameworks, and platforms.
- Solution Architecture & Integration: Proven experience architecting and implementing AI solutions in complex enterprise environments, including working with data pipelines, machine learning models, and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
