Duties & Responsibilities:
- Light receptionist duties : welcome on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Compile and prepare documents such as reports, records, and memos.
- Purchasing general office and warehouse supplies and maintaining office supplies stockroom.
- Scan and digitize documents for electronic filing and archival purposes.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and executives as needed.
- Ensure office equipment like printers and scanners are maintained and operational.
- Perform data entry tasks and update records as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
- Other general office / administrative duties may be assigned (we are looking for someone adaptable and willing to grow)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience working in an office setting, an administrative capacity, or similar
- Detail-oriented individual who can produce accurate results efficiently
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
- Computer Savvy (Must type at least 50 wpm)
- Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
- High School diploma preferred
- All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
