Cosmo Cabinets is located in GA. We are looking for a Field Service Manager to be located in our office in Atlanta, GA. The Field Service Manager is responsible to manage and oversee the supply and install of Kitchen Cabinets for multi-family new construction and renovation projects that are typically between 50 - 500 Units. You will be managing over 6-8 cabinet and countertop projects in different stages at a time.

The Field Service Manager is responsible to manage and oversee the supply and install of Kitchen Cabinets for multi-family new construction and renovation projects that are typically between 50 - 500 Units. You will be managing over 6-8 cabinet and countertop projects in different stages at a time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, through installation
- Field measure job sites prior to installation
- Review and QC all submittal/shop drawings prior to client review
- Communicate directly with customers, plant, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner
- Manage subcontracts for Cabinets and Installation
- Formulate RFI's & change orders
- Handle and manage onsite coordination with contractors and subs
- Attain and check field measurements; coordinate with other trades to ensure a successful installation
- Maintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being met
- Accurately process billings to customers and change authorization to subcontractors
Directing project-related activities of the project team members.
Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- MS Excel skills is an advantage
- 5 years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industry
- Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to travel extensively in the southeast US by car
