Dog Daycare and Boarding Attendant

Day Care Attendant Job duties will include: Monitoring of dog play groups, ensuring appropriate play in a cage free setting. Must be able to interact calmly and in a positive way with all sizes and breeds of dogs. If you are afraid of ANY size or breed of dog this is not the place for you as Cosmo's Corner does not have breed resrictions. Must be comfortable in a large group of dogs. Ready to take on heavy cleaning on a daily basis, we pride ourselves in having a clean facility. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, adapt to a fast paced environment, be able to work in all types of weather (hot, cold, rainy) if necessary and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Feeding meals, giving medications, and simple grooming may also be required. Strong customer service skills are also required, as you may be interacting with the public as well. Friendly, positive, can-do attitude is an absolute must.
Morning, Afternoon and Evening/Overnight shifts available. Part Time and Full Time available. Must be available on Weekends and Holidays. We have dogs to care for 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Experience is a plus but not required; we will provide training to the right person. Salary starting at $13.00 per hour with very quick opportunities for advancement in wages, $1.00 per hour attendance incentive and another $1.00 an hour within 30 days after completion of a free online training course. All staff are included in our tip pool. Client tips add an extra $1.00 - $2.00 an hour to every paycheck. We appreciate our team and our clients and think of them as family.
