Human Resources Intern
Sally Beauty Holdings' dynamic and progressive HR function is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR intern!
Our HR Internship program includes :
The opportunity to work and lead projects in a fast-paced global HR operation.
Gain insights into the various HR departments including Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Benefits, Learning & Development.
Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to day HR activities of the organization, including Ad Hoc Requests
Create and present a final presentation to present to senior leadership (Topic TBD)
Gain Visibility to other departments within a global corporation and learn from Sr. Leadership throughout the organization.

To Qualify :
You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, have a passion for people, have a customer-focused mindset and be able to work independently.
Be located in the DFW area for the summer. This is a hybrid position and will be required to be in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
