Sales Associate Part Time

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with product demos and explain features and benefits
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, etc.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed
