Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Billing and Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess some understanding of air filtration technologies, exceptional communication skills, drive to exceed customer expectations, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Training Program:
Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 30-day training course designed to certify them in our products and customer service protocols. During this training period, candidates will receive a stipend, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain records of client interactions, accounts, and file documents.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools Order Entry and Invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and institutional clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Lead collections efforts while adhering to company policy and procedures.
  • Assist with payment processing and related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with air filtration systems and HVAC technologies, Preferred but not REQUIRED.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal (TELEPHONE) and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Strong empathy and ability to address customer concerns.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for analytical thinking and adaptability.
  • Sales Skills: Skill to engage and communicate with Prospective Customer on benefits of Cosmos Air Filtration products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in simple computer programs like Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Associates degree in related field, Preferred but not REQUIRED.
  • Time Management: Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Must have a willingness to learn QuickBooks.
