Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including training and development
- Plan and coordinate company events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle budgeting tasks, including tracking expenses and managing office supplies
- Manage schedules and appointments for executives and other staff members
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in team management and training development
- Knowledge of event planning processes and best practices
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles for budgeting purposes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
