Sr Director of Rebate Analytics

The Senior Director of Rebate Analytics leads the development and implementation of our rebate analytics division. This role oversees the accuracy and completeness of internal and external rebate analytics, including dashboards, executive reporting, and strategic recommendations. The position requires leveraging analytical insights to ensure high service levels for current clients while also supporting competitive intelligence and pricing strategies to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the development and implementation of both short- and long-term rebate analytics initiatives to enhance competitiveness and align with market & business objectives
- Lead a team responsible for rebate analytics, encompassing internal and client-facing reporting, dashboards, and variance analyses. Ensure transparency by providing insights into both controllable and uncontrollable assumptions.
- Oversee the rebate analytics function to deliver scalable, repeatable outcomes, offering full visibility into the key variables influencing rebate value.
- Deliver comprehensive executive variance analyses to assess performance, identifying successes and areas that require course correction in client offerings.
- Foster collaboration across the Clinical, Client Engagement, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to bring competitive opportunities to market and align actual performance with expected results.
- Provide leadership to the department by setting strategic priorities, defining performance goals, and enhancing overall team effectiveness to support key initiatives.
