Technical Recruiter – Specializing in IT & Automation Talent
Location: Dominican Republic
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely from the Dominican Republic. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring W2 IT experts with specialized skills in UiPath, Python, AI/ML, cloud technologies, and other emerging tech fields. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier technical talent in support of our growing business needs.
As a key contributor to our recruitment strategy, you will partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to deeply understand technical role requirements and ensure we bring in the best and brightest IT professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled W2 IT professionals, with a focus on UiPath, Python, AI/ML, cloud solutions, and automation technologies.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, professional networks, and referrals to source top IT talent.
- Engage passive candidates and build relationships within the IT and automation community.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and conduct technical screenings to assess candidate expertise in key areas such as RPA (UiPath), AI/ML development, Python scripting, cloud computing, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and identify key technical competencies.
- Ensure candidates not only possess the required technical skills but also align with company culture and values.
Process Management
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide regular recruitment analytics and reporting to key stakeholders, including hiring trends and talent market insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, department leaders, and hiring managers to forecast IT hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for IT talent acquisition, market trends, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership throughout the hiring process.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay informed on emerging IT trends, automation advancements, and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment approaches.
- Provide recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies based on market data and industry insights.
- Monitor local and national talent pools, identifying potential sourcing challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on W2 IT professionals in automation, AI/ML, cloud computing, and software development.
- Deep understanding of IT skill sets, especially in UiPath, Python, AI/ML, cloud technologies, and automation frameworks.
- Proven experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to source and manage talent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
