Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of complex UiPath automation solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and align them with organizational goals.
- Design Excellence: Develop comprehensive solution architectures and detailed technical designs that ensure scalability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and developers in UiPath best practices, ensuring consistent quality across projects.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews and oversee deployment processes to maintain high standards of delivery.
- Production Oversight: Monitor and troubleshoot live UiPath systems, providing prompt resolutions to complex issues.
- Innovation: Stay updated on UiPath advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions.
Qualifications
- Certification: UiPath Advanced Certification is a must.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Extensive experience as a UiPath Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
- In-depth understanding of UiPath platform components (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, and Python.
- Proven ability to design scalable, efficient, and secure automation frameworks.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for guiding diverse teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Legal Requirements: US Citizenship and security clearance are legally required for this role.
