WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Marketing Specialist and Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in growing our clientele and building our culture of care. You’ll reach out to lapsed guests, distribute coupons to local businesses and homes, and brainstorm new marketing ideas to attract clients. You’ll also create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll also be reporting progress on efforts to the District Leader and Owners weekly, so a great opportunity to grow your communication skills!

- You have an interest in marketing, customer service, or cosmetology.
- You’re comfortable talking to anyone and enjoy building connections.
- You’re proactive and excited about coming up with local marketing ideas.
- You stay organized and manage your time well.
- You’re tech savvy and know your way around a computer.
- You’re flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
You’ll be on your feet, moving around, and staying active. Some lifting and reaching will be required. You’ll also be exposed to chemicals and fragrances used in our salon treatments.
