We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal sales associate will be passionate about customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
As the construction surrounding the store is complete we're gearing up for additional store traffic, making it the perfect time to start the training process!
Cost Less Carpet has experienced tremendous growth, and ranks among the top retail and builder trade providers of quality flooring and countertops throughout the Northwest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends and products
- A design or construction background is a plus
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- Full-time position - Training provided
- Compensation: Wages plus commission
- Send resume and 3 references
- 1 - 3 years experience in Retail or a similar industry
- Comfort level with Retail Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Sales position will work within a retail showroom and warehouse facility
- Saturday rotation required
