Summary
The Concrete Form Laborer will participate in the forming, pouring, and installation of concrete footings and cast-in-place concrete walls for a theme construction company. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in the concrete industry, specifically related to building foundations and cast-in-place walls.

Location: Varies based on project assignment (within continental U.S.)
Shift: Varies; M – F; 7:00am – 3:30pm; M – Th 6:00am – 4:30pm; or T – F 6:00am – 4:30pm; or other first shift combination(s); possible overtime outside normal hours including weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect work areas for hazards and mitigate risks.
- Prepare job sites, including grading, forming, and layout of footings and walls.
- Install reinforcing steel and other structural components.
- Form and pour concrete structures, utilizing Symons and other forming materials.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Adhere to safety requirements and equipment guidelines.
- Travel as needed to and from job sites.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill
- Minimum of one year concrete construction experience, specifically in forming and pouring concrete footings and cast-in-place walls.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or technical training preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project plans.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment and using construction tools.
- OSHA/safety training preferred.

Work Environment
- Exposed to typical noises and smells associated with the construction environment, such as exposure to fumes or airborne particles and machinery. Noise level is moderate to loud.
