ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including visual execution / standards and customer engagement
- Create a culture of recognition and accountability that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales results
- Build and retain a high-performance customer-focused team through training, development and performance management
- Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem solve at the department / category level and take appropriate action
- Utilize all company tools and training resources to educate the team on product knowledge and visual presentation skills; validate execution of visual certification routines
- Manage publication calendar and delivery schedule to effectively plan and execute all visual workload; partner with Operations and Freight Flow Managers to effectively schedule for all workload
- Responsible for organizing, planning and execution of all signage and graphics in partnership with entire management team
- Establish and maintain strong inventory management and data integrity routines, including expiry management and MOS routines
- Responsible for deployment and management of company outreach initiatives, inclusive of designers, decorators and caterers
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of Store Manager
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Hourly Pay Range : $21.00-$25.00
Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave.
