Job Description:
As an Insurance Representative with Cost Wise Insurance, you'll play a crucial role in sales, managing provided leads, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage provided sales leads through calls and other communication channels on a daily basis.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty licensing knowledge to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options to clients.
- Clearly explain insurance policies, coverage details, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients have a thorough understanding.
- Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets to contribute to the office's growth and success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to improved sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Existing Property and Casualty license is a must.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle a high volume of calls effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
