Responsibilities :
Make connections : Spend your day calling potential clients and handling inbound calls.Present and sell : Offer tailored insurance policies (auto, home, business, life, and more) to new and existing clients.Provide exceptional service : Resolve customer inquiries, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.Hit targets : Meet and exceed sales goals within set deadlines.Stay compliant : Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and standards.Maintain professionalism : Use excellent phone etiquette and communication skills with every client interaction.What You Bring :
Sales experience or a background in customer service (insurance background a plus, but not required).Positive, can-do attitude – you love solving challenges and making things happen.Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and keep them coming back.Strong computer skills and adaptability to new systems and processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.Dependability and punctuality are a must.Fluent in Spanish ?
