DESCRIPTION
|
The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, electrical, and other building systems. PRIMARY DUTIES ________________________________________________________________________________

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to follow instructions from leadership, other maintenance team workers, and any other subject matter expert.
- Knowledge of general carpentry, mechanical and plumbing repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and with efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be able to safely operate power industrial vehicles. (Forklift, skid steer, tractor, ect)
- Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Works well independently and with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Able to mentor and train operators.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related experience preferred.
- On-the-job training offered.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
- Must be able to work inside or outside year-round.
- Must be able to work at heights of 30’with proper PPE.
