- Support payroll processing and ensure employee hours are recorded correctly.
- Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
