Jr. Quick Lube Technician - Part Time

We are looking to fill a part-time position at our Quick Lube Service Center in Lino Lakes/Circle Pines, MN

This is for a part time position, with hours ranging from 27-34 per week. Opportunities to cover other shifts and get more hours will be there as they become available. Opportunity to grow to a full time position.

Our Oil Change Technicians are the face of the company and we are needing them to be motivated, detail oriented, and strive for excellent customer service. As an Oil Change Tech you will be responsible for changing oil & filters on customers vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Changing oil & filters while following set procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Inspects engines for leaks.
• Tops off fluid.
• Diagnose issues on vehicles and recommends repair to customers.
• Ensures all equipment is in working order.
• Completes all required computer-based training in the allotted timeframe.
• Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to hazardous materials.
• Understand federal, state and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.
• Holding the highest level of customer service and maintaining a positive response to customers at all times.
• Contribute to a positive culture and work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in a fast past environment.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Ability to use a point of sale system is required.

Working Environment:
The store has spaces that are only accessible by stairwells. The tech must be able to do the following:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
• Use stairs
• Use tools effectively
• Work in hot and cold weather
• Uniforms are required (provided)
• This position is a part-time position

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
