Job Description for Costa Oil Technician:
Previous experience required!
We are seeking a lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, top off fluids, and perform other light maintenance services. All you need to do is be willing to learn, and work hard.
Starting Pay at $15/hr based on experience with opportunities to increase pay over time.
As a Costa Oil Change Technician your job will be to:
- Drain motor oil, change oil filter
- Adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and top off fluids
- Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
- Maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Provide excellent customer service
All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:
- An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a 5’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
Job Type: Full Time (Monday - Saturday 9am - 6 pm)
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40-45 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
