Position: Shift Lead
Location: Costa Vida, Kennewick, WA
Starting Pay: 17.78 to 19.78 per hour tips -Tips typically increase pay range between $2 to $3.00 More an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Handle cash and manage transactions
- Prepare food to Costa Vida's high standards
- Lead and support team members
- Oversee store operations and ensure smooth closing procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable, customer-oriented individuals
- Preference for applicants with open availability Monday through Saturday
- Leadership experience is a plus but not required
