Role Description
CoStar Group is the leading provider of information, marketing, and analytic services to the real estate and industry. We are currently seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our CoStar Group and CoStar Marketing and Communications team based in Washington D.C. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Paid Media Strategist will focus on optimizing our paid social media efforts, reporting, and analysis to boost brand awareness, welcome new followers, and gather new leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Business Manager, Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the social media team to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.
- Monitor and report on paid campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to inform future strategies and decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure the effectiveness of paid media efforts.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for paid social campaigns.
- Work with external digital agency and internal marketing and creative teams to coordinate paid media initiatives.
- Liaison between external partners and internal finance teams on billing and invoicing.

This position offers a base salary range of $76,000-$102,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
